The Louise – Barossa Valley – Luxury Lodges of Australia

The Louise

The Louise

Fresh from a multi million-dollar glamover the new-look Louise heralds a budding era of luxury in the heart of South Australia’s world-renowned wine country, famous also for its premium local produce and rich art scene. Nestled among gently rolling hills, The Louise offers guests a stylish escape complete with private villa-style suites, world-class dining at Appellation and access to a backstage pass to the best of the Barossa. The Louise is the newest member of Baillie Lodges’ growing portfolio of luxury lodges.

A stay at The Louise evokes the generously spacious, relaxed luxury of Southern Europe, where villa-style suites open on to sun-dappled private courtyards and look out to vineyards criss-crossing the country landscape.

Set among the gently rolling hills and vineyards characteristic of the Barossa Valley, The Louise offers guests a relaxed and luxurious stay in generously sized villa-style suites well suited to the region’s Mediterranean vibe. Centrally located in the hamlet of Marananga, The Louise offers guests a ‘backstage pass’ to the region’s world renowned wineries, vineyards, restaurants, markets and art galleries.

The Louise is styled in the manner of a Southern European villa, with French doors in townhouse suites opening onto private courtyards and outwards to views of the vineyards and surrounding pastures. Suites open to a central walkway framed by seasonally changing grapevines, lavender, and rosemary, which leads to the main lodge, lounges, bar and restaurants.
