No. IHG Hotels & Resorts is an independent hospitality brand based in England. Nearly 6,000 properties operate under the IHG banner.

It’s more accurate to say that there are two different hotel collections offered by IHG: Luxury and Lifestyle. The two collections offer slightly different perk packages, but are part of the same program.

How many hotels participate in the IHG Luxury & Lifestyle program?
Dozens of hotels across the globe participate in the IHG Luxury & Lifestyle program. A Fora Advisor can provide a more detailed list, including hotels at your desired destination(s).

What are IHG’s luxury brands?
There are six IHG luxury brands: Kimpton, InterContinental, Six Senses, Regent, Hotel Indigo and Vignette, an assortment of independent hotels.

Can I earn IHG Rewards points on IHG Luxury & Lifestyle reservations?
Yes. All IHG Luxury & Lifestyle reservations earn IHG points. IHG Rewards cannot always be applied to Luxury & Lifestyle reservations, though.

Is there a minimum stay requirement for IHG Luxury & Lifestyle benefits?
Minimum and maximum stay requirements may vary by location. Your advisor will let you know if limits apply when you book with them.

Is the IHG Luxury & Lifestyle rate more than the standard rate?
Nope. The IHG Luxury & Lifestyle rate is the same as a given hotel’s best standard rate.

Discounted rates, such as those earned through IHG Rewards, generally cannot be combined with Luxury & Lifestyle benefits. But know your advisor will get you the best available rate and perks.
