“Hi everyone, I wanted to pass along an email from the director of luxury sales at the Andaz 5th Ave. in NYC. I stayed here last month for 4 nights and the team was amazing!!! They went above and beyond expectations to VIP and take care of us. They have a dedicated team member who goes through all the reservations daily to make sure that clients get the upgrades and amenities deserved, that’s her entire job, upgrades. They also have flexibility to upgrade to suites if your clients aren’t particular about the view of the library. It’s in a perfect location in midtown without all the drama of times square but super close. The library and Bryant Park are across the street, and don’t get me started about the fabulous breakfast. I was missing my avocado toast when I got home. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and double sinks in the bathrooms. I guess this should be more like a trip report….I’ll have to get on that. I’ve stayed all over the city in dozens of hotels and I loved this location and property.”
